My vision is to create a space on this site that is of service to visitors. There is stress with the pandemic regardless of which side you are on regarding your health choices. Amid the global changes we are experiencing, learning to keep our mental, spiritual and physical balance are essential for our well-being.

I am a Hearthmath facilitator, meaning I have the training to share Hearthmath techniques to enhance your coherence and intuition. 

I am also a former spiritual counselor and have had experiences with the intelligence of my heart before I became aware of this organization's research and training. I will share my experiences and HearthMath techniques with you.
